I’m Jackie Woodyear! I developed an interest in Real Estate about 10 years ago. I would spend my free time browsing tirelessly on Zillow for homes thinking, "I wonder if I could afford that?" I'd scroll through listings and pictures for hours at a time filling my head with bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens not knowing what was possible or how easy it could be. Finally, I told myself to just SEE what I could afford on my $37,500 salary... After the purchase of my second home and multiple flips, I decided I wanted to help others achieve and realize their dreams of homeownership. I'm so incredibly grateful to have the job of facilitating the dreams of others just like me and walking along with my clients on the journey to generational wealth.
